Clinic Scheduling Policy

Your initial evaluation is taken very seriously as ample time is set aside to get to know you, answer questions, and discuss treatment options. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your first scheduled appointment, you will likely not be able to reschedule as you have taken valuable time that might have been used for another patient to receive. Our zero tolerance policy for missing your first appointment is one that respects both the providers and all of our patients‘ needs equally.

In fairness to other patients and in order to provide safe treatment to engage patients who are most likely to benefit, repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be cause for discontinued treatment at our clinic.

Zero Violence Tolerance Policy

To ensure the safety of clients, staff and clinicians we have a zero violence tolerance policy. This includes, but is not limited to: verbal threats, destruction to property, physical and verbal abuse. If clients engage in violent behavior, either in person or on the phone, our clinic reserves the right to contact law enforcement and terminate services.
