About Carrie Ison, MSW, LCSW


Carrie B. Ison, MSW, LCSW, (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Addiction Counselor, and Therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at Spectrum Behavioral Health, LLC, a mental health practice and outpatient mental health clinic in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Carrie has been providing counseling for over ten years as a social worker and enjoys working with many different people in a variety of situations. 

Some people she has worked with have had challenges they never thought they could handle or work through. It can be a challenging world out there, and if you work with Carrie, she wants you to feel that you can trust her as she supports you throughout the process.

Carrie serves adolescents ages 15-18 years and adults. She specializes in the treatment of addiction, co-occurring disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, depression, anxiety, and women’s issues. She is also skilled and knowledgeable in LGBTQIA+ support, crisis intervention, as well as transition and adjustment issues.

Her treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, and addiction, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness.
